Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Sticky Pebble, registration number 2026/566743/07, a private company registered in South Africa, for your use of RealShare. By creating an account you agree to them.

We have written them in plain language rather than legal formality. That does not make them any less binding, but it should mean you can actually read them.

1. What RealShare does

RealShare takes a property listing you point it at, reads the public details and photographs, and generates social media posts from them. You review and edit those posts, then publish or schedule them to the channels you have connected. It also produces branded images and short videos from your listing photos, and reports back how the posts performed.

It is a tool that drafts and delivers. It is not a marketing agency, and it does not make decisions for you.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and using RealShare for your work.
  • The details you give us must be accurate, and kept accurate.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
  • One account is for one person. If your agency needs several people, each needs their own.

3. Trial, subscription and fair use

New accounts get a seven day free trial with full access. After that, continued use needs the Pro plan at R250 per month, including VAT where applicable.

Starting your trial. You start the trial by adding a card on Paystack's secure page. Paystack checks the card with a R1 charge that is refunded straight away, and nothing else is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged R250 when it ends, and then on the same date every month. We email you the day before that first payment. Accounts created before 14 September 2026 keep their trial without a card, and pay from the Billing page if they want to carry on.

How you pay. Payments are taken by Paystack, a licensed payment provider, on its own secure page. We never see your card number. Every payment, whether the first one after a trial or one you make from the Billing page, repeats automatically on the same date every month until you cancel. Pro access starts as soon as a payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds, and there is nothing to deliver or collect. If you pay from the Billing page during a trial without a card, the trial ends on that day.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on the Billing page, including during your trial, and your card will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until the end of that month, or of your trial.

If a payment fails. If the first payment at the end of your trial fails, posting, generating and scheduled posts are paused straight away until it is paid. If a later monthly payment fails, your account keeps working for 7 days while we email you, and is paused if it is still unpaid after that. You can pay from the Billing page at any time. If a payment stays unpaid for 14 days, we cancel the subscription so that nothing further is charged. Your listings, posts and settings are kept either way.

The plan carries fair use limits, so that one account cannot run up costs that the price does not cover. Per calendar month:

  • 30 new listings
  • 120 AI generations, including regenerations
  • 150 posts published to X

These reset on the first of each month. Reaching a limit pauses that one activity and nothing else: if you reach the X limit, your other channels carry on as normal. If your work genuinely needs more than this, talk to us rather than opening a second account.

We reserve the right to change the price. If we ever do, you will hear it from us first, before any change reaches your account, and you will always be free to cancel rather than carry on at the new price.

4. Your content, and what you are responsible for

This is the most important section, so it is the bluntest.

  • You must be entitled to market every listing you import. That means a valid mandate, and the right to use the photographs. We ask you to confirm this before a listing is imported, and we rely on your answer.
  • You are the publisher. Every post is shown to you before it goes anywhere. Nothing is published without you approving it or scheduling it. What ends up on your Page is your marketing, in your name, and it is your responsibility.
  • Check what the AI writes. The wording is generated from the listing details, and generated text can be wrong, clumsy or out of date. Estate agency advertising is regulated, and the property facts have to be true. Read it before you approve it.
  • You keep ownership of your listings, your photographs, your logo and your posts. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you.

5. Connected channels

When you connect a channel, you are authorising us to publish on your behalf to the specific accounts you choose there. You can disconnect any channel at any time from the Connections page, which stops us immediately.

Those platforms have their own terms, and you must keep to them as well as to these. We cannot control what they do: they can change their rules, change their interfaces, restrict an account or reject a post. If that stops a post going out, we will tell you, but it is not something we can undertake to prevent.

6. What you may not do

  • Publish anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or that infringes somebody else's rights.
  • Market a property you have no mandate for.
  • Try to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Resell or rebrand RealShare as your own product.
  • Share your login, or use the service to spam.

7. Availability

We work to keep RealShare running and to fix things quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on hosting providers, AI providers, property portals and the social platforms, none of which we control. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will avoid doing so without warning where we can.

8. Our intellectual property

The software, the design and the RealShare name belong to Sticky Pebble. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you. Your content stays yours, as set out in section 4.

9. Suspension and ending the agreement

You may stop using RealShare at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and data. See Delete my data for how, and for what can and cannot be removed.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where payment has failed and stayed unpaid. If we do, we will tell you why and, unless the reason is serious, give you a chance to put it right first.

10. Liability

RealShare is a drafting and publishing tool. We are not responsible for commercial outcomes: what a post earns you, whether a property sells, or what a platform decides about your account.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the subscription fees you have actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 applies to you, your rights under it stand regardless of anything written here.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the bottom of the page shows when they last changed, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app or by email rather than relying on you noticing. Carrying on using RealShare after a change means you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most things are quicker to sort out directly than formally.
